Return Policy

What if the item is defective when I received?

Before placing an order, please read the following return condition if you accept. We will inspect items to make sure everything is fine and take pictures before shipping. If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us and we will help to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you find shipping damage after you have accepted the shipment, it is buyer’s responsibility to contact Customer Service of local Express. We are not responsible for shipping damage.


Returning Merchandise

For online order, our policy lasts 7 days. If there is a problem with an item, please email to within 7 days from you receiving the item. Once the return is approved in special case, please do read the following conditions.

Returns are subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

Condition of Returns:

  • Items need to show absolutely no signs of use, abuse, stick marks, or fingerprints.

  • Items must be unused and in the same sale condition that you received it. Please return the items in its original box and packaging with all accessories.

  • Certain items may not be returned – see list of non-returnable items below.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special orders, sale and clearance items may not be returned.

  • Drumheads are not eligible for return if they have been played or seated on a drum.

  • Cases


  • Buyers are responsible for shipping the products back, and provide the tracking number to us. We only accept following Express: TNT, DHL, and UPS.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once the return is applicable, we will send you a return invoice. Please must use this invoice to ship back the products; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying additional tax fee.

  • Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Additional charges may apply in the event products show visible use.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, within a certain amount of days.
